Supports the LRMS/LRMDS supervisor in coordinating learning-resource (LR) design and development teams (writers, editors, illustrators, QA reviewers), handling user support for the DepEd LRMDS portal, encoding metadata, assisting with basic system maintenance/troubleshooting, and providing training/updates to users.

Core responsibilities (operations-focused).

• LRMDS user support & service desk: respond to emails/calls, diagnose routine issues, perform first-level troubleshooting, escalate complex cases, and maintain monthly issue logs/trend analyses.
• System administration (basic): manage user accounts/access, perform routine backups/start-ups, apply basic security practices, and help minimize portal downtime.
• Team coordination & documentation: schedule LR team activities, track outputs, maintain files for easy retrieval/status reporting, and keep a skills directory of creatives; draft TORs/contracts and coordinate provider requirements.
• Training & communications: provide technical support during LR trainings and cascade system updates to users/clients.
• Standards alignment: support LRMS in applying LRMDS standards/specifications for assessment, development, and production of resources and in facilitating access to quality LR (in coordination with EPS/Librarian).

Delivers classroom and laboratory instruction, designs assessments and learning materials, and maintains systematic records of attendance and student performance in compliance with school policies. Ensures an orderly, safe learning environment; supervises students during ceremonies and school events; and safeguards school property. Provides learner support through homeroom meetings, regular consultation hours, and counseling, coordinating with faculty, guidance personnel, and parents as needed. Also serves as examiner/proctor for the PSHS System Screening Examination and performs other assigned duties, including contributions to the school’s guidance program.
