Excel+Google Sheet+Looker Studio
This project establishes a standardized, centrally refreshed Quarterly Assessment Dashboard consolidating school-level results across the Division. The initiative addresses fragmented submissions, long turnaround time (TAT), and inconsistent indicator definitions. The solution defines common KPIs, a submission calendar and template, and an automated ETL pipeline (Excel+ Power Query + Google Sheet) producing Looker Studio dashboards with drilldowns by school, grade, subject, and competency/strand. The dashboard supports delivery reviews, evidence-based action planning, and progress tracking across quarters.
